—⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡ General Terms of Service⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆—☾ I currently work a full time job so my turn around time is long/not currently known. I do my best to finish things in a timely manner but my job comes first☾ I do not do business with people under 16. I also do not interact with anyone under 16☾ I am allowed to refuse any service for any reason☾ I will not make art for zoos, pedos, nazis, racist, etc. I refuse to draw suggestive pieces of ANY feral ocs or minor presenting ocs. I will not draw any sort of hate imagery or speech. You will be promptly blocked☾ I will not copy/mimic/recreate/reference any other artists style/work☾ I do not do business with any blocked users and they are not to own any designs by me and are not allowed to commission art through someone else.☾ My art is not to be used for commercial use. Do not sell or give away anything containing my art unless we have discussed it☾ My prices are firm and I will not haggle. Also understand that they are subject to increase due to complexity. If you have any questions please message me for a quote. Payments are through PayPal or through venmo. Cash payments are taken at con only. I don’t currently take other forms of payment.☾ Shipping prices are TBD as they change frequently and are based on what you order and where it will be going. Shipping for art tends to be $5+ within the US, but this may increase.☾ There are NO full refunds for any reason unless I offer one. I will usually only offer one if the piece has not been started/only sketched and if I am unable to complete it/you are being disrespectful or broke my tos in any way. The amount refunded is based on why it’s being refunded and how far I am with the commission (ex. If I refund you because my tos was broken, you may only receive 50%, but if I can not finish the piece, it may be closer to full)☾ I do NOT hold onto physical items. If you can’t receive mail then do not commission me for physical items. If you do commission me when you can not receive mail, you will not be refunded or compensated in any way. The only exception is if you are local or can do con pickup☾ It is up to the buyer to read my tos. In the case my tos is broken you will be blocked and may be refunded, it is based on my refund policy. By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms—⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡ Commission Process Terms of Service ⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆—☾ Payment must be sent upfront! I do not start commission work until fully paid unless we have worked something out.☾ I send multiple WIP pictures and changes can only be requested during the sketching phase. If changes are wanted after lining there will be a charge (unless it is an error on my part). Please keep in mind I will NOT completely redo pieces. It is up to you to spot any mistakes and let me know as soon as you see them☾ After a WIP image is sent, I do not continue the project until the progress picture is approved☾ After pieces are completed, they will be mailed out as soon as possible. Again, I work a full time job, so I can not always ship items immediately. Shipping will only occur on my days off.☾ For at con commissions that are not take home must be picked up before the closing of the dealers on the last day of the con. If a piece was due to be picked up at con, it is expected to be picked up at con. I will be in close contact with all commissioners to keep them updated and let them know as soon as they can collect their art.☾ It is up to the buyer to read my tos.
